this hat is so cute and feels so soft! it's very easy to use the ears and there aren't any problems/defects that i've noticed with the hat since receiving it in the mail. :)

I bought this for my not quite 2yr old granddaughter. It is of course too big for her. She loves it when I wear it and make the ears go up and down. However only one of the ears works well. The other one, the little ball that you squeeze goes flat and the tube that runs up to the ear pulls out, there is no access to them, they are stitched in. The tube can be reinserted but pulls out every few times the ball is squeezed. It is pretty cheaply made, but was my halloween costume this year, and served the purpose of entertaining the grandbaby.
