Great gaming chair
I recently purchased this gaming chair for my son and I have to say, it was a great investment! Not only does he use it all the time, but he often falls asleep in it - which says a lot about how comfortable it is!The chair has great lumbar support and is adjustable to fit any body type. The armrests are also adjustable and the material is durable yet soft. It is clear that this chair was designed with gamers in mind, as it has all the features you would want to make your gaming experience a comfortable one.Assembly was easy and we had it put together in no time. The chair wheels are a little hard to maneuver, but it looks great in our gaming room and adds a sleek touch to the decor.Overall, I highly recommend this gaming chair to anyone in the market for one. It is comfortable, high-quality and perfect for long gaming sessions. 4 stars all around!

Pleasantly surprised considering the price and some reviews
I was a bit scared after reading a good number of reviews insisting that this chair would fall apart after a mere week or so of frequent use. I'm not exactly the lightest or shortest person and I spend a great deal of time sitting down at my desk since I work, play, organize, shop, and do basically everything from my PC 100% of the time; probably a combined total of 13-14 hours per day just sitting and often switching on and off from using the reclining feature. I've had zero problems. It's been nearly a full month now and it still feels just as sturdy and comfortable as when I put it together. The cushioning is still all in place, and it definitely doesn't feel like I'm 'sitting on plywood'. The material itself feels strong and resistant to damage. However, there were still some minor issues both with the seller and the chair itself.First of all, the pillows... aren't great. The lumbar pillow, while still certainly supportive and not completely squished, has become concavely molded to the shape of my back and doesn't offer nearly as much cushioning or firmness to rest my back into. The headrest pillow, when I initially inspected the back of it, was wide open, and the zipper was misaligned with both sides it connected to to close the pillow up. I managed to wriggle it back into place with a bit of elbow grease, but it was annoying having to constantly fiddle with it and back it up a little bit when the slightest bit of the polyfill got caught in it. I also contacted the seller about what I initially thought was a missing screw situation (which ended up being my fault, I just didn't see some of the screws which were already in place in the chair because they were hidden under the back flap), and while I was in the wrong, they never got back to me. The manual inside the box also insisted I could get a free warranty and an Amazon gift card for simply confirming my email on their website, but I never got an email back for that either. It seems like they're just throwing out a hook to see if they can collect your personal details. Shady.TL;DR buy it for the chair and only the chair. Unless you get seriously unlucky or have children who like to vandalize their possessions, I doubt you'll have any problems with it. It's comfy and good for the price.

Please read before being angry about missing bolts-
I, like a few others, thought I was missing most of the necessary bolts to put this thing together. The box was pretty banged up with a few holes and I thought they simply got lost in shipping. I was bummed. I went to Lowe’s and bought my own replacements to put it together instead of waiting on them to respond/replace them. When I got home and started to put it together, I realized the chair already had ALL the bolts in the chair itself that you needed minus 3 of the M8s (which WERE in the box). The manual was saying it should have had 7(?) but I only had 5 in that little kit thing and NO kit for the M6 bolts at all. But they were already in the chair. So don’t be blonde like me lol. It did, in fact, have all the bolts it needed.Once I realized that, I got the chair together in 10 minutes by myself and it was fairly easy. Everything lined up. The arms do feel a bit flimsy even fully tightened and are fairly far apart, even when tightened to the closest point possible. Honestly I may just remove them as I don’t see them being too useful but for me personally, that’s not a huge deal. I don’t use the arm rests much anyway. There was one cut in the fabric which is pictured. It’s small and on the lower back so it’s not too noticeable. The chair itself lowers, lifts and reclines without issue so far (one day’s use). It’s not super cushioned but I suppose it’ll be fine for the few hours a day that I game. I like that the headrest has a clip to keep it secured and wish the lumbar support pillow had the same. The head pillow sits pretty low but I can easily pull it up to where it needs to be.All in all, I think it may be a but overpriced but not terribly. It’s better than the $90 computer chair I got from Walmart 2 years ago. Could definitely use some improvements, though.
