An excellent fairway club which has improved my scores. I recommend it to everyone.

What's it like
After playing 8 rounds with it,it is now my new driver.I can hit it better than my driver,have more control and find more fairways.I have hit it further than my driver.It has a really good weight to it,the grip is very good,overall well done macgregor I love it.

Great value
After an accident I had to replace my rather expensive 3 wood . I decided not to invest hundreds of pounds and after a short investigation settled for this MacGregor at just under £90 . A wise decision as I am hitting the wee ball as far as I did with my expensive defunct club and if anything I’m getting a slightly lower trajectory resulting in more run and distance, especially in the present wet winter conditions. For best results I have had to slightly increase the club head speed without loosing my perfect rhythm ( my pals would possibly disagree with these last few words). Perhaps even a few unkind belly laughs.Overall a handsome, effective club at a very reasonable price.

Felt like a lump of wood
Very poor 3 wood No feel . It’s a shame as the wedges are really good.
