Impossible to sleep with!
It could be just me but this is impossible to sleep with it in!! I made numerous attempts but in the end I ditched it!!

Worked for me
Tried other "remedies" to stop snoring but this is the only one that worked for me. It didn't stop it completely but, according to my sleep app, it went down from 47% to 6% and decibels from 21 to 10! It feels a bit odd at first but you get used to it very quickly. Sometimes I wake with a very dry mouth but it returns to normal very quickly. It worked for me so I would definitely recommend it.
