This is great cotton cord for the price. I have ordered multiple colors and sizes and have not been disappointed. Some buyers are confused about the labeling, understandable. When I order 2mm (my favorite gauge of cord) there is a label inserted into the wrapping showing "3mm." If you look at the bottom of the roll you will see a sticker showing it is actually 2mm and sized accurately for 2mm cord. I have not received rolls of cord from this manufacturer that were damaged or that caused me to have wasted materials and will continue to purchase ZOUTOG macrame cord if the color I seek is available in the size I need for my projects.

I personally loved this cord! I wanted to make a macrame wall hanging for my friend to decorate her baby's nursery and it turned out pretty decent for my first project. I am new to this hobby so veterans might think there is something better out there. However. it works great for my skill level and the things I'm able to make.It is sturdy and ties really clean, tight knots. I did find some random blemishes on the cord or weird spots that were frayed. That might be a normal thing but I've never bought any other cord before so I don't know. They weren't bad enough though for me to give this less than 5 stars.

I bought this because I wanted to make some trivets / pot holder. I crocheted some for everyone last Christmas…they are very handy for multiple uses. The cord is very sturdy. It takes a bit of effort to crochet with but the end product is worth it.

I bought this as a beginner in macrame and have gotten used to working with the texture and thickness of this material. I did find that as I was going through the product, the thickness of the rope was not really consistent. There were also tiny specks of color on the cord randomly. I did find that the cord was sturdy and did not unravel quickly because I’ve made a lot of mistakes and have had to undo my work. The amount of product your get for the price is pretty good! You can make lots of projects with this one. Overall, I think this is a good beginner cord.

My favorite rope cord so far! I’ve used 4 other brands and this one has exceeded my expectations. I purchased 3 spools and used 2 so far. My first spool had no breaks or tie ups. My 2nd spool had 1 break. It was expected. If you’re familiar with macrame or similar projects like crotchet you should always check lengths, breaks and knots prior to working anyway, so I definitely recommend you check before you work. I would recommend this brand 100%. Color, size, durability and softness were all perfect!

I'm absolutely thrilled with this macrame cord. It's not so soft it's difficult to work with which is a common problem with the smaller macrame cords but not inconveniently stiff either. I've used a few of these now and it's always a joy to work with. Most recent project with this cord was a macrame beach bag. It was perfect for it! I've made wall hangings, coasters, a beautiful lacy drapery.. all using this in each of the projects. You can't go wrong and the price is great also.

I bought this to make baskets. It is great quality. I dyed it with craft acrylic paint in lots of color by soaking in water with paint. Then I dried and sewed and sewed.

We ordered 3 different sizes of rope from this seller for macrame, and after approx. 3 months of waiting for them to arrive, what we were eventually sent was a massive ball of tangled, frayed, and unusable cord. It will not stay unravelled from it's spirals, and the cord itself is so unevenly twisted it will be impossible to use for any crafting purposes. Very disappointed and frustrated with "not qualifying for return". You will waste your money with this one.

Hemos utilizado 180m y hasta el momento todo ha sido en una sola pieza.Es suave, se puede trabajar bien con él y fue el que mejor encontramos en cantidad/precio.Siendo suave, no lo recomendaría para aprender porque es fácil deshilachar el cordón al deshacer un nudo.En la foto se ven 20 cordones de 9 m en proceso para hacer un camino de mesa.
