They seem to make some difference...
As mentioned in another review, I have a grandson who plays a lot of golf and he plays on his high school golf team. Not knowing what to get him for a Christmas stocking stuffer I bought these for him, not knowing squat about golf balls. I mean I recognize names and all but the tech behind golf ball designs is a mystery to me. But these seem to be a good value and were fairly well recommended so I bought him some.He went out and played 18 holes and used these and he told me that he was able to hit the ball farther, or at least the ball traveled farther when he hit. He said that he actually had to adjust his swing as the ball traveled better. So there you have it. If a 16 year old golfer likes them, that is good enough for me...

Good Balls
I use all sorts of golf balls. Some I hit better than others- mostly due to the guy swinging the club but - I can tell the difference between a good ball and a bad one. This ball seems to work very well for me. The last couple of rounds I’ve played have been consistent enough for me to play with only 1-2 balls for the whole round. That’s a win in my book because I hate having to turn around and buy a box of balls every other round.Like I said, a lot of that is due to my poor play, but this ball seems to fit my medium swing speed. Enough to keep the majority of my balls in play and my scores lower.

These are my husband's go to golf balls - they are budget friendly and he likes practicing with and using these at the course,

surprisingly good!
My daughter competes in high level nation wide junior tours. She never used any golf balls beside TP5X, Chrome Soft X, and ProV1X for the tournaments. I asked her to hit this ball that I found in the field to tell her how bad this ball would be compare to current gaming ball "TP5X". And OMG rest was history. After came back home, I ordered 5 box of this. I removed all TP5X from her bag and replace with e12. I think its compression rating and her swing speed perfectly matched. She is hitting 20 yard farther with her driver and one more club farther with her irons. Not bad around the green too. so far so good~
