I like this better before cardio workouts than for before lifting. Gives me great focus and energy on my bike but doesnt have the same effect in the gym for me.

I like this pre-workout. It has good flavor, a decent but not too high amount of caffeine, and beta alanine (which makes my face tingle). This gives me a good energy boost.It is kind of expensive and I'm not sure I would order it again, but I'm glad I tried it.

This is a very flavorful and sweet pre-workout! I feel motivated and energized after taking this pre-workout. There is more than enough caffeine in the formula and other ingredients you'd expect to find in a good pre-workout. The raspberry flavor in this drink is good and not too artificial like other drinks I've had. I like that the instructions allow you to mix one or two scoops depending on your preference or sensitivity to caffeine. I think this is a good pre-workout for beginners and veterans and it's more than worth a try.

This is pre-workout supplement that should help you focus and give you that extra energy to muscle through. It mixes well with water in a shaker cup. I definitely felt it when it kicked in.

A lot of times, these supplement have a horrible taste to them. Thankfully, this one has a great taste, and is easy to drink. You can definitely feel an energy boost. Great product.

Amazing amount of energy to get a great workout in. Tastes great and is non grainy. Take several hours prior to bedtime as it may keep you up at night.

The pre workout taste pretty good and works well. The only reason for not 5 stars is the price is a little high, comparing better pre workouts for the same price.
