I've bought this item previous of times. But the last 3 that I purchased had bad residue on hair n when washing looks like bugs in it. I check all my extra jars n they we're all the same.

I used to used the product years ago and it was great. I mean it would hold your hair in a windstorm. You could sweat and it will still keep your hair in place. Remembering this I thought I'd just give it a try as I've been on a never ending hunt for holding gel. Now I wasn't expecting too much, because I know that companies have been lowering the quality of their products for years, while jacking up the price. But I figured, since it so low in price I wouldn't be losing much investment wise.I said I was expecting nothing and that's exactly what I got, and then some. This stuff doesn't hold your hair at all. All it does is leave a brown film and flakes. If you want to make your hair look darker, I guess it's good for that. However, there are cake comes, tints and dye for that. So this stuff is useless. Total waste of time, effort and money. No matter how much I put on or dried it didn't hold my hair. It doesn't even smell good, so you can't even enjoy the application through that.These companies really aught to be ashamed of themselves the way they sneakily lower the quality of their products. Then people wonder why folks are buying products made in other countries over American brands. Products from other countries work better and are less expensive. Even if they don't work as well as you want them to, in most cases they work better than American brands.People are tried of throwing away their money, having their hopes dashed and wasting them time trying to get stuff to work. We're also tried of dealing with little to no customer service when too, when product don't function as they should.
