Purchased as a gift for a family member who was having neck tension. It provided relief and helped them relax their neck muscles. Ease of use for a senior was great, just pop it in the microwave or freezer (no need to heat up water for an old school water bottle heater). Looks good, has a relaxing lavender scent, and is soft. Gift receiver appreciated that it was filled with flax and molded easily to their body.
