Easy to install and work great
These are easy to install and work great. I especially like them for bathrooms, laundry room and any walk in closet.

Works perfectly, wish I had installed one a long time ago.
I bought this to use in our kitchen. We have six lights that are in-ceiling, and a hanging light over the kitchen island. The hanging light is not often used, and despite me whining to my family members, the ceiling lights were always left on, which was driving me bonkers.I have it configured so that the top button controls the in-ceiling lights and the bottom button controls the hanging light. It replaced a dual manual switch we've had for years that you can see in the photo (wood plate).I was going to try to replace it myself until I unboxed it and I saw all the wires coming out of the back of it. It looked a little more complicated than what I thought it might be, so I took a more cautious approached and ended up hiring an electrician for the installation. The top portion for the ceiling lights is activated by the motion sensor and I set it to turn off after five minutes of no motion being detected. The bottom portion, for the hanging island light, is manually switched on via the button on the switch itself, and it will go off after 15 minutes of no motion detected (the factory setting).I have had it connected now for about three weeks and cannot be happier with it. I no longer have to worry about the lights being left on, which was really bugging me. You walk into our kitchen and boom, the lights come on. You walk out and five minutes later voila, they go off. It works perfectly. You will notice in the photo that shows it installed, that the color of the switch does not quite match the color of the plate. This doesn't really bother me, and the reason I am mentioning it is because for some reason at the time of my purchase the eggshell color of the switch was about half the cost of other color options. So, you might want to click on the different color choices to compare the costs of each.Note that the back plate does not come with the switch, you will have to buy that manually. Fortunately, I already had one on hand, which was not exactly the same color but close enough to suit my needs.I highly recommend this little gadget....it works like a charm. If things change as we use it more I will update this review.....I hope it helped you to some degree....thanks for reading!

Motion switch for bath light & fan
A friend with poor vision said that at night, they have difficulty finding the bathroom light switch. Their existing setup was a tandem switch for the light and exhaust fan. They asked if there was a product that would help them. This Lutron device seemed promising. It has two single-pole switches and a motion sensor. The Amazon listing openly stated that the device needs a Ground wire, but does not need a Neutral wire. The device was easy to connect. I connected the light to the top switch and the fan to the bottom switch. Switches can be independently programmed for amount of time ON, and whether a switch turns ON when motion is sensed, or whether a switch is manually turned ON and times out after no motion is sensed. My friends chose to have the bathroom light turn ON when motion is sensed, and time out after motion is no longer sensed. The chose to turn the fan ON manually, and turn OFF after a set time after motion is no longer sensed.A touch of the respective switch will override the timed cycle. Our friends said that once in awhile, when a cloud uncovers the sun and it shines through the bathroom window, it triggers the motion sensor. But they're okay with it.

Problem solver
This switch works fantastically. We've used it for four months now in a bathroom with a vanity light (top switch) and fan light (bottom switch). It works with the LED bulbs. Not all of them do. I can adjust the timer for each switch, so the vanity light goes off after 5 minutes and the fan light after 20 minutes (after sensing movement), time enough to expel the shower vapor. My kids were leaving the fan on to clear the shower vapor, then they would head off to school and not return to switch it off, so this solved the problem. My kids like that the light turns on automatically when they enter the room (but not the fan, as this is an optional setting). I'll be ordering another for my powder room. I highly recommend this.

Lutron MS-OPS6-DDV-BL Maestro 6 Amp Single Pole Dual Sensing Switch
I have been building different light systems here. So, I put this 39" Mikeru Dimmable LED Light in the laundry area. I put it on this dimmable light and it is working out well. It would be nice if is selectable with by hitting the switch it would stay off. And to activate it hit the switch again. I'm using the Light's Remote to turn off when going to bed.

Perfect!
Sharp-looking and good quality controller to control the fan and light separately. Manual turn-on by pressing buttons, and automatic turn-off after the room is vacant for a preset amount of time. Preset times for fan and light are separate.Be careful to not connect this device to your 1300-Watt heater (for example) that is integral to your bathroom ceiling exhaust fan, because these switches are not rated for that amount of electric current. There are individual devices rated for electric heaters that you can find on Amazon, which will do a fine job of controlling your heater.
