The FITZELAR peanut style massage ball is legit awesome. It rolls right along my spine and shoulders, hitting those tight spots better than a single ball. The firmness is just right not squishy, not painful and it works on any surface, even a wall. I’ve used it after workouts and on plane rides, and it’s helped ease tension fast. Packable too, so it’s perfect for travel or tossing in my gym bag.

10 out of 10, 1000%. This thing is the perfect size and density (very dense) to get right up, in, around, and down alllllll the tension areas along your spine. Holy moly. And so easy to use - Step 1. Lay on it. Step 2. Roll. PRO TIP (def not a pro though): long-haired peeps (for sure), take it to a smooth surface so your hair doesn’t get all rolled up. I also thought that smooth surfaces are prob best for everyone, so maybe a silk pillowcase under the hairless heads out there? I don’t know…something to allow your head to rest while rolling, by way of sliding easily. (Prob didn’t need to add this last suggestion part, but these are the things I think about. 🤦🏼‍♀️)

I was having a lot of tightness between my shoulder blades and down my back. This ball has been amazing. I use it standing in front of a wall, placing it in the area of soreness and move myself up and down. In some areas I just hold for a few moments for a pressure point release. Using it in this way I am able to target any area between my neck and sacrum depending on where I place it to start. I love it!

If you’re sensitive to smell, don’t buy this. The cheap rubber smell doesn’t seem to dissipate, even weeks later. We all know what these do, it’s is capable of working for trigger point therapy or rolling, but I can’t get past the smell. I’m returning and buying the cork option or a different brand.

This thing is great! Ive been using two tennis balls taped together and this thing is so much better. Its sturdy but soft at the same time and the spacing in the middle is perfect. I bought one for my family memebrs too.
