Excellent product, comfy and helpful
I don't know why some people are saying these are uncomfortable... maybe if you have ultra-sensitive feet, I guess, but for the majority of people I can't see it being a problem. I tried them barefoot after reading other reviews just to see (as I'd been wearing them in sneakers with socks on), and even then they were comfortable. For me, there's no "getting used to them" period - I was comfy and satisfied with them in the first 30 seconds. When these arrived, I put them in my new sneakers and tried them on - I could feel the difference right away! They're by far the best insoles I've ever had. They're thin enough to not interfere with the way your shoes fit, assuming the shoes aren't extremely snug to begin with (they're no thicker than any other quality insole I've ever tried and thinner than many). I wear a women's size 9 and got the insoles that fit women's sizes 7.5-9 - the insoles fit my shoes very well without any trimming. One nice thing about these insoles is that they provide good arch support, which is something I need in an insole. I wasn't even aware I was wearing them and forgot all about them within minutes - all I really noticed was that my feet were more comfortable, as the insoles provide a slight "massage" feel with each step. Also, I suffer from severe back pain (both upper and lower) that started when I was 11 and has gotten increasingly worse for the last 18 years... while these insoles are hardly a "miracle cure," they did seem to take the edge off of my lower back pain a little when walking/standing and I've only worn them for about an hour so far (my lower back pain is what tends to get worse from walking/standing). They also provide some relief for achey feet.My boyfriend wears a men's size 11, so obviously my insoles aren't the right size and the bumps and such won't line up perfectly for him... however, I put them in his boots for him to try for a few minutes and he, too, *immediately* noticed a difference in comfort level. I bought him an $8 pair of nice gel insoles from Walmart a week or two ago because he mentioned that his boots (which he's had for over a decade) could be a bit uncomfortable at times - he was very happy with the difference those made but feels these are even better, so I'm about to order another pair for him in his size.I'm not sure what, if anything, the magnets are doing yet... but I know my feet and back feel better from wearing these, and that's what matters to me. I have my shoes off from when I took the insoles out for my boyfriend to try and I miss them already! As an added bonus, the back of the packaging for the insoles has a reflexology diagram of the foot - handy for knowing how to give yourself or someone else a foot massage!I *highly* recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive insole, whether you have pain issues or not. Besides, this item is currently fulfilled by Amazon, meaning no-hassle returns if you find them uncomfortable or feel they don't do what the description claims - in other words, you've got nothing to lose by giving them a try!

The ones I used to have were very comfortable and easy on my feet
I had some of these years ago and wanted new ones. The ones I used to have were very comfortable and easy on my feet. These felt rather rough on my feet and didn't fit well even after trimming.

they could easily be removed just by turning over the insole and ...
I purchased this item for my mother who works a job where she has to be on her feet 99% of the time. We had researched and read the entire product description, so were under no illusions as to what this was. What wasn't in the product description is that the black material making up the insoles is flexible, but a fairly hard plastic. It's thin and doesn't compress in the slightest. The magnets embedded in the insoles are extremely weak. Though we could get small metal objects to attract to the magnets, they could easily be removed just by turning over the insole and allowing gravity do the pulling. We were not expecting these things to stick firmly to a refrigerator or something similar, but considering other magnetic therapy devices my mother uses on a regular basis seem to be much stronger, we question if these could actually be of any use. According to my mother, after a couple weeks of use, she couldn't perceive if they worked at all, since the whole product made her feet hurt. The "accupressure" shaping and placing of the magnets, coupled with the primary material negating any cushioning from the normal shoe, just seemed to be a recipe for pain, as described by my mother. It was not an expensive product, but it certainly did more harm than good. Avoid this item!

Pleasantly surprised!!
I am a flight attendant and am on my feet for up to 15 hours a day. I have flat feet, bunions, and plantar fasciitis. By days end my back hurts, my knees ache and my feet are so sore and are burning. I had no clue if these insoles would work but I had nothing to lose. I got them in the mail today and put them in my sneakers. I walked around with them all day and was surprised I felt no discomfort, however I was off today but I had lots of errands to run. The true test will be at work, crossing the Atlantic ocean all night. If I'm not limping through the airport at the end of the flight I've hit pay dirt!! I'm feeling rather optimistic having experienced no pain today at all.

simply Freaking amazing
My wife bought these for me and I am one of those Skeptics that don't believe in any of this crap about your foot having pressure points that help other parts of the body BLAH BLAH BLAH but let me tell you something This product is absolutely the 10th. wonder of the world. i used to wake up and manage to struggle thru a better part of my morning with back pain that was just so bad i would walk crooked , NOT ANYMORE i wear work boots everyday have since i was 18 now i'm 52 and i'm telling you no more back pain and from the first day i put these in my boots the next morning i got up and i was standing straight with no pain, don't get me wrong i say no pain but it's not a magic shoe, anyone with chronic back pain knows what i mean i felt so much better that the insignificant amount of discomfort in my back was like not having back pain and now i am on day 4 and i can guarantee you i will have a pair of these in every shoe i wear for the rest of my life . and between you and i , i'm one of those that doesn't give my wife enough credit most of the time but this time she absolutely deserves it. i also don't write reviews either but to the inventor of this product I take my hat off to you . I love these insoles and i am a lifetime customer now. i may even be willing to try acupuncture knowing how these work. GOD BLESS you guys like i said these are SIMPLY FREAKING AMAZING
