Asana is a Yoga Girl who loves to work out, practice yoga and have fun! She lives in Santa Monica, California. The third limb of Yoga is Asana. The philosophy of this practice is based on physical postures that keep the body aligned and fit. She teaches yoga and fitness and her story highlights the day she teaches her first yoga class to all of the AZIAM Girlz. What a great doll
I bought this doll for my niece and she absolutely loved it! I gave it to her along with the book "Asana's First Yoga Class," and we read and played for hours. She could not wait to try some of the poses herself along with Asana. What a treat to buy a doll that had my niece playing, exercising, giggling and learning all at the same time. Asana sends a positive message and is very well made. Every time I have seen my niece, she has told me that Asana is her favorite doll, and she wants to do yoga with me! I would highly recommend this doll.

Great message and quality! Better than Barbie!
My daughter loves this doll better than her Barbie's...the look and quality is better...it gives me great pleasure to see her want to be healthy and whole...the book too is fantastic...AZIAM has really got one creative--good message doll...sure to be loved by any little girl...

Asana is the ONLY doll my daughter will play with..
My 4 year old autistic daughter LOVES Asana.. I can't say enough about how amazing this doll is. It is every girls dream to have a doll that moves like a real human being, unlike a stiff Barbie. The fact it encourages my daughter to be active in yoga is a PLUS. Aside from Yoga, it is very didficult to find toys that children on the spectrum enjoy. My daughter loves Asana because she can take her to Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy session as a companion. I can not say enough how my childs therpist enjoy using Asana to practice motor skills and Physical Therapy exercises with my daughter. Since purchasing Asana for my daughter, she has progressed in her Therapy Sessions because using Asana as a model makes sessions very play base. Aziam Yoga, thank you for introducing a doll that promotes a positive lifestyle.
