Yes, instructions are included. It's a fun game. We took it camping and players ranged from 4 to 60 years old.

Q: What is the difference between the regular tenzi pack (~$14) and this party pack? Are there extra sets of dice?

I believe the regular Tenzi pack is for 4 players. And the party pack is for 6. The party pack case is a hard plastic snap close case and is easier to use than the tube.

Q: I am trying to decide which dice game would be more fun ---Tenzi or Quixx? Does anyone have both of these games? My kids are 10 and 12. Thank you.

I don’t understand how this game is fun. Or can even be called a “game?” You just keep rolling your dice until you get the right number. All the “variations” are based on this and none involve any strategy. I haven’t played the other one, but this is idiotic.

Q: Are these Tenzi dice really worth the extra cost (6 sets for $25) vs cheaper generics on amazon (10 sets for $15)?

I love the game. I preferred to buy the actual game and case that they come in. It also comes with directions on how to play other ways. It’s a personal choice. We use our set all the time. Great investment in my opinion! If you think you’ll get a better investment buying cheaper then follow your instincts. They are just normal dice.
