I have plugged this in one time left it plugged in and all of a sudden it just stopped working in the middle of my work day causing me to call in since I work from home. Quality is horrible.

It's exactly what I needed to connect my PC to my TV.

This did NOT work to split my VGA port and add a third monitor to my laptop. I use a laptop for work and work from home. In my home office, I like to add an extra monitor and recently thought if two monitors was good, then three might be even better. I thought this splitter might work to split the vga plug on my laptop to add the two additional monitors to my laptop, but it did not work in this use case.I am not sure if the unit is defective or if I am just trying to use it in an unconventional or unapproved manner. I was able to add a third monitor to my laptop by simply using my laptops HDMI port and a different HDMI to VGA converter.To be fair, this splitter may work for other scenarios, such as a monitor and printer, but I have not had an opportunity to test that. So for me, for now this is only 3 stars. If I can find another use for this splitter and can verify that is does work, I will update my review.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I am steadily upgrading my computer and I needed my monitor to play nice and I was hoping this would help. Unfortunately, the signal did not pass through on this.
