Warriors: The Broken Code #3: Veil of Shadows

Thank you so mush this Book was amazing !WARNING SPOILERS!I love it how RootSpring and BristleFrost FINALLY get together but one thing I do not understand is how ShadowSight Didn’t die after eating the Death Berries he was just in between I think I could have a bit more explained also I know who took over BrambleStars Body it’s so Obvious it’s Ashfur when he said “I can Back for YOU” and that explains why he wanted to always be near SquirrelFlight and everyone keeps seeing Blue in his eyes but I will have to wait and find out in the next Book also love Rootsprings name have a great Day and happy Halloween!

OMG. The cat in Bramblestars body is totally Ashfur. I mean, the love for Squirrelflight, the piercing blue eyes, maybe he even has gray fur! But the laziness... thats not 100% Ashfur, though. But look at the cats that got deliberately tortured on purpose... Sparkpelt, because shes Bramblestars daughter. Jayfeather and Lionblaze, hated by possibly Ashfur because he got tricked. The others because Bramblestar had to pretend too… XD . Oooh maybe Ashfur went to the Dark Forest for help? And the cats left in there helped him? Eeek that would be so freaky. I love this book so much, when you read it you might even fall off your seat! I mean literally. But the worst part: waiting half a year for the Erin Hunters to say it in the 4th book. Gahhh the wait time is so agonizing!!! BUY THIS BOOK GUYZ!!!~Ten year old Warriors fan

Really good book! Not stale at all even though the series has been going on for a while. I love the characters but Firestar is still my alltime favourite…Spoiler alert: The spirit in Bramblestar's body is 100% Ashfur. It all points to him. The blue eyes, the wandering between dimensions (how do you think he reached Starclan), the enduring love for Squirrelflight, the knowledge of clan ways, hatred for Bramblestar, the way he knew in detail about past events. It all points to him. Now we just have to wait a year to hear the Erins say it in the fourth book. Great book, reccomended for Warriors fans. :)

Daughter devours these books and managed to read this one in one evening! She cant wait for book 4 - which isn’t released until December!!

This is a very fun book to read, but it is annoying that there are cliffhangers at the end of every book in this series. *SPOILER ALERT* But this time it doesn't bother me as I am pretty sure the spirit is Ashfur. And I have noticed many other reviews agree.

This book is soo awesome! I think I've figured out who is in BrambleStar's body- no spoilers! I would rate this 1000000 stars if I could! I would strongly recommend reading this!A review by an 11 year old^·_·^

The book itself was mostly very high quality but the cliffhanger at the end of the book was extremely frustrating and really annoying considering that the next book comes out in about half a year!

This book is probably one of my favorites in the series! So many important things happen! I like it because you learn so much, and it’s the climax of broken code!

Good reading

Im your biggest fan! I loved this book and im desprete to know who is the (fake) Bramblestar. An awesome book overall and I cant wait for the next one to come.out!!!

I thought this book was good and i also like the part when leafstar gets out of stupidsm and gets a life and makes Rootpaw into Rootspring (Yes he gets his warrior name:)) But the best part is when Shadowsight finds Bramblestar (Happy music in background) And oh i also forgot to mention that Rootspring finds Shadowsight. (Music continues) But for some reason the most satisfying part is when Berrynose dies. At first i was sad but Erin reminded me how big of a butthead he was in the other books. (Mistystar gosh dang it) But Beerynoses stupidness can not compars anything to Mistystars. I mean why exil three cats at the end when you know that Bramblestar was lying AND EXIL YOUR MEDICINE CAT WHEN YOUR BLUESTARS KIN!!!! I USED TO LIKE YOU!!! But all of those good scenes can never add up to the romantic scene with Bristlefrost and Rootspring. (Romantic music:)) And oh i forgot to mention another good scene when they all find out all of the bad stuff and how he's not Bramblestar. I looked at who the imposter is and most people say it's Ashfur and that kinda makes sense but on the first book it says that Shadowsight finds out that it's not a starclan cat and ashfur is in starclan so i dont really think it's him so i can't wait for the next book. Also isn't it a "coincidence" that this book came out the same time Amung us came out:).Hmmmmmmm.

I loved this book, however I wish that the cats would take the time to tell each other the details of anything important, thn half of their problems would ready be fixed.
