This is the ONLY scale I would recommend for weighing animals. It is a vet scale, it is not grossly over priced, such as the food type scales that I thought I was going to have to purchase, until I found the ZIEIS Digital Pet Scale. They do ot sell these scales in any stores in the area where I live and my only option was to go online, and thank goodness for Amazon carrying these scales. I needed it for my first time litter of pups and it has worked perfectly. There are no extra parts to buy, it weighs them as soon as you lay them on it, so there is no worry about movement and wight changes. It has a fuzzy comfy top and our puppies love getting weighed now. Thanks to Amazon and ZIEIS, I did not have to spend over $150.00, some were as much as $400!! I highly recommend this scale for anyone with pets,or puppies or breeders, and they come in lots of different weigh sizes.

Love it using it many years 7 I think has 5 units to measure and zero out button so if put down cloth etc very accurate and fir breeders you want this scale for small to semi large breeds I’d give it 10 stars

Great scale for cats. Weights don't vary much readings almost same even with alittle movement .Easy to get cats to stay on platform since flat and fabric covered.Small and light enough to use anywhere I just use batteries since this makesit easier to move to where pet is..

This is absolutely a great scale for your pets - dogs (yorkie - shih tzu) and even the cat sits still long enough for the weight to lock on. I like the fact you can weigh letters too. Highly recomment!

Works like a charm in grams, Lbs & OZs and OZs so we can use with our baby birds as well as the puppies.

BAD customer service. they NEVER called or emailed back to help. Scale was not properly calibrated based upon the 3 lb weight i placed on the scale. no way to calibrate the scale either

Awesome scale. Very quickly locks on a weight, extremely repeatable measurements. Very, very happy.This model has the DC cable, so you don't need to use the 6AA batteries that would otherwise be required. Has auto off, and auto hold modes.

this is a great pet scale. My dog ( around 11 lbs) can sit on the top and wait for the scale to show me a readings. I use it every week to monitor her weight and love it.
