I see that this is no longer available, so perhaps this review is not really needed.My experience was to use it regularly twice a day on my little toe that has been infected for many years. I saw not the slightest change in the rate of growth of the nail (thickness). I kept the nail trimmed to remove as much "overburden" of dead nail, so the UV might penetrate better. To no avail. While professional laser treatment has worked for some, I suspect any consumer level device will not be effective.
