Hi, I’ve used this belt for a while , in my opinion I would definitely say a lever belt is a better option as it gives you more of a secure fit when lifting .I bought this belt and it is too big now and can only be adjusted to a certain size . I hope this helps

I want to wash this rdx belt having auto lock feature. what is the optimal water temperature?

You can soak the item in Luke warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes and then wash them by hand in regular water, Please note that does not fry the item in direct sunlight.
