The clip could have more stronger. It's very thin and feels will break if more papers are attached to the file. Else the file cover quality is very good. Overall value for money and can buy again.

Material quality is good. Paper locking mechanism not good. When you lock with sliding bar, sometimes it comes out. No adequate stoppage rib/fin for this.
