The best and the worst ghee
The first jar of ghee was one of the best ghee that we ever tasted.The second jar we purchased within a month of purchasing the first one, turned out to be the worst.This 2nd ghee remained fully solid at normal room temperature (the first jar ghee remained in liquid state at the same time). The smell taste and texture seemed less like ghee and more like dalda on the 2nd one.The 2nd jar even looked like some of the contents had been scooped out and contained less ghee.For the high price of this ghee one expects some level of consistency - but this brand seems to be far away it.
