I bought the Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager - Cordless Rechargeable 3D Kneading Massage Pillow from Amazon on 11th August 2023. I had a similar massage pillow (not cordless) for many years. When it finally stopped working, I ordered this new massage pillow PRIMARILY because it is cordless. My new purchase was delivered next day. It came with a UK 3 pin plug charger. The massage pillow is very well made, light to carry and looks very smart. Most of all, being cordless, it is very convenient for use anywhere. I use it indoors and in the garden. I was very happy with it until October 2023. Something was wrong with the plug. It would not charge, so the massage pillow would not work. I contacted Amazon because it is under one year guarantee. But Amazon stated that I need to contact the seller (Zyllion) because it was more than 30 days old. I was EXTREMELY annoyed. Eventually, I emailed the seller’s customer services in America on 9th January this year. I explained the situation and they sent me a new US 2 pin plug. They said it would take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive. I received it yesterday (18TH January). Being a US 2 pin plug, I ordered a USA to UK 3 pin plug adaptor from Amazon. The massage pillow is in good working order now. Hopefully, it should work for many years without any problems. This review is to say a BIG thank you to the Zyllion’s customer services. They have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend their products and they have first class customer services if they are needed.

Good product. Mine had a defect after 5 months. The company quickly responded by sending me a brand new one within 3 business days! Good communication and fast delivery.
