I bought this as an inexpensive alternative to my current rod, with the intention of using it to static fish with nymphs and buzzers for trout. I like it so much it's now become my primary rod. A full carbon rod that's light, has a nice action and is inexpensive. Result!

You can't go wrong with this rod don't be fooled into thinking this is a cheap rod because it's more than capable to keep up with more well known branded rods I've compared it to a couple and there is absolutely no difference in quality, I'm actually shocked at the price of this rod its amazing for the price, I like it that much I'm buying the #7 weight next 👌

Great rod for the price

Initially, it’s a very nice looking rod, but that’s where the good part ends. This is a very whippy rod but with no loading action it’s just not stiff enough. I bought it to take on holiday because it says it was small but still not ready worth taking it on holiday because its hard work , as for casting in the wind don’t even bother because it just doesn’t have the power to stretch the line and get it out there. I gave it to stars because it looks good but I would never buy again. I’ve learnt my lesson by cheap by twice.

This rod is quality for the price so much so that I sold my greys rod straight after usage! Perfect rod for any experience of angler! Impressed
