Royal-Pedic 3'' Pillowtop Mattress Pad, Queen Size

I love this topper. I've had it for three years now, and it solved all my back issues. I don't think any topper can compensate for an overly hard box spring or wood base, but in my case, I had a pretty good base that still felt empty and hollow without the kind of luxurious support you get in top hotels. I wish this topper were less expensive as I would outfit our other beds with them as well, but for now I'm grateful every night when I crawl into bed! Unlike other toppers, this one keeps its shape and doesn't smell weird – – it seems all natural. You do have to turn it around, top to bottom every few months perhaps, but then it feels like new. I wouldn't bother writing this review if I didn't want to share with others how top-quality (ahhhhhh!) this topper is.

I had been shopping around for a mattress pad for a long time. I finally bit the bullet and spent the money on this Royal-Pedic 3". The pad exceeded my expectations. I am now able to sleep on either of my sides or on my back comfortably with the soft touch of the pad and the firm support of my mattress under the pad. The combination of the two are just perfect for me. This was money well spent. I should have done it long time ago.

We bought the organic version of the 3 inch topper & were promised pressure point relief from our organic royal pedic mattress. There is minimal pressure point relief and I'm out yet another couple thousands of dollars. It's been less than a year and the latex has collapsed and no longer bounces back. The construction of the topper is so tight that it does not allow the latex to spring so it feels just as hard as if it weren't there. Very disappointed with this buy. My poor husband does not move around a lot and us a side sleeper and wakes up in severe pain every morning. I rarely regret any of my high end purchases but this one was a dud.
