I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now and have dramatically noticed a difference in my belly after eating. For the first week I only took 1 pill before each meal but still noticed slight bloating still so, I started taking 2 pills before lunch and dinner and it has noticeably reduced my belly bloat to almost none existent. I used to noticeably bloat after every meal and it wouldn't subside until I was hungry again. They have zero smell, zero after taste and work quickly; I'd say within 30min tops of taking them.If you found my review helpful please vote "YES" as this helps me become a better reviewer!I received this product at a significant discount for my honest review and they are my own opinions and of my own accord. An item that gets a 3 star rating from me is one that I feel neutral regarding the product. Rarely will I give a 1 or 2 star rating unless the item is completely worthless and not worth the money. If I have received the item at a discount, then I go through the same exact reviewing process as if I paid full price for the product.

I'm not impressed with the digestive supplements eye will order another product for better results!

I am so happy to have found these! Lately I have been having trouble eating things with gluten in them. So I decided to give these a try, since they're gluten free (woo hoo!). They're working great! I didn't get bloated or stomach pains after eating a burger. Normally I would have had terrible pains the whole night, but I didn't have any issues.My midwife also suggested that I take enzymes while nursing my son. I have noticed he doesn't spit up at all when I take these with my food regularly. I'm also able to eat all kinds of spicy foods and he doesn't have an issue with his digestion either. These are also made in the USA, so that definitely makes me extremely happy! The pills are gelatin capsules and super easy to swallow.Please note that I received these digestive at a discount for my honest review. But that in no way, shape or form altered my opinion or satisfaction level with this product. I still paid money to purchase these enzymes and I am extremely happy with them. I have nothing to gain from a dishonest review and all opinions expressed are my very own. I would definitely recommend purchasing them if you have any kind of digestive issues.

Didn't notice any difference -- Metamucil is more comprehensive.
