Corolla Truck Conversion Kit!
Perfect size and fit on my 2016 Corolla. Way more space than I would've thought, and nearly zero drag as it's tucked away. Turned my little car into a pool cleaning machine. Love that it included a spacer as well for the 2" hitch. Little to no wiggle, and I have about 200 pounds on the rack at all times.Assembly was a breeze, one man job in 20 minutes or less.

Great spots for bungees and tie downs
Easy assembly and keeps the gas cans and other things that I do t want inside of my car.

Seems to be good
Seems to be good. Pictures and assembly video have it put together differently, I chose to feed bolt from inside with nut going on outside so that the bolts and nuts wouldn’t take up cargo space on carrier, the YouTube assembly video does it the other way. The middle top plate has a ridge the would seem to allow objects not to sit flat and slide on, if the directions were adjusted and the ridge flat I would give it 5 stars instead of 4.

Great Carrier, stayed in place during 5000 mile ride from Fairbanks, Alaska to Buffalo, NY
I used this carrier all the way from Fairbanks to Buffalo NY. I went 5000 miles with a big tote strapped to it plus a smaller one 5000 miles because I went down the coast to Vancouver and Portland, OR. I went through mountains, hills and curves through the Yukon, British Columbia and all of the great Plains states like, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota. etc. All the while, I drive 80-90 mph. (except in the Yukon and British Columbia, it's way too curvy for that fast driving). They just finished paving the road in British Columbia so it was smooth, but you can really only drive 50-55 mph cuz it is so very curvy with lots of up and down, seriously like a rollercoaster.Actually, this is still on the back of my car cuz I'm too lazy to take it off. It has been on the car for over a month. The Drive was for 2 weeks in duration. My car is a Buick Encore GX, so I used the 1 and 1/4 hitch size not the 2 in adaptor that came with it. Just try to balance it out. I got worried, because I didn't do that and it was very heavily packed. PLus I had one of those Giant Suitcases on it The biggest ones they sell. I think I had at least 100-150lbs. but I don't know for sure.

CURT is a way to go
Hardware can't fight with winter road salt, other that that - perfect.

Simple, Wonderful Rack
Excellent little rack was just what we needed. Drove about 700 miles with 2 fully loaded coolers - about 75 to 100 lbs total. Absolutely no issues. Rack extends far enough out that it was easy to access the back of the vehicle for loading/unloading. But it does not extend out too far - so parking in parking lots was not an issue either. It was solid and stable. Not many racks exist for 1.25" trailer hitches. Glad we purchased this one. There are comments from other reviewers that this was difficult to put together and/or that the instructions needed to be modified. I followed the instructions "as is" and it went together just fine, and it didn't take long.

Money well spent.
I purchased this cargo carrier for my 2006 Honda CR-V. I'm glad I did. The carrier cleared both the mounted spare tire and the exhaust flow. I think a carrier without the rise from the hitch receptacle would have hot exhaust blowing on the cargo. On my way east (empty) from California, I stopped at multiple rock collecting sites. Several were rough enough to actually drag the carrier. Yes, I need to do a little sanding and repainting. But the terrain did not cause any structural damage, as I would have experienced by a carrier positioned a few inches lower.Interestingly, in Colorado I accidentally left a small stone unsecured in the carrier. I found it when I reached my destination in Michigan. That tells me it's a smooth ride back there.I loaded the carrier with multiple plastic bins of various sizes, secured with straps. The return trip included midwestern storms, snow closure of I-80 in Wyoming and choking smoke in California's central valley. Everything arrived in the same condition it was packed.Importantly, I noticed no difference in handling or fuel consumption. That's the reason I chose a hitch mounted carrier over one attached to my roof rack.Oh, it probably took me an hour to assemble. I'm sure I could have done it faster if I had done it on a work bench in my shop, instead of working at foot level on my deck. It was pretty easy and straight forward. Reflective tape on the corners is a good suggestion.Update: While considering this purchase, the geometry of the shank was of interest to me. I read what I could, rolled the dice, and got the results I needed. Please check my newly added photos. You'll see the tray sits 11.5 inches back from the center of the hitch pin hole. The rise of the shank is 2 inches. Hope this helps you.
