Generally I’m happy with the product. It fit well, saved my phone from damage on a number of drops. 14 months from purchase back on Nov 2022. Now the battery pack in the case take a charge but when I press the button to charge the phone from the battery pack, the case will not begin charging the phone. Cleaned out a bunch of lint from inside the case and it worked for a day and has again stopped working. I think there’s a connection that’s gone bad but don’t know where the problem is. I would buy another. I never had a single problem till it just quit.EDIT: I’ve tried other cases and this one I came back to an bought another. This case reigns king. It even comes with a charging chord!

the product did work great for a while. i cant remember when i purchased it but it was sometime earlier this year and it was working great. especially the power button on the back of the case. this button allowed the user to choose when to or when not to charge their phone. only problem is about a week ago i noticed the button jammed a little but it was still usable. like i could turn it on and off still as i wished. a week passes and the button permanently jammed leaving it in the charging position at all times which is not good for the phone. so anyways i try to unjam this button because i am happy with the product and that is when i realize the button is no longer attached to the cover. i tried to upload a photo but for some reason the file i airdropped to my laptop is not compatible with this website. how convenient right? anyways thats not the point of this review. the point of this review is to see if i can get a replacement case. seller, may i please get a replacement ? there you go. the record now shows i directly asked the question. i would be happy to send back the damaged case to the seller so they can see what the problem was. anyways, i guess its a good product. you just have to make sure to be very gentle with the power button. be kind to it. speak nicely to it. tell it nice things and in return it may decide to not jam on you.EDITED on 9/25/2024everyone i am sorry to tell you this is not the product you are looking for. and it sucks because their customer service is great. i contacted the seller regarding my broken button and they informed me that they have a one year warranty and they would send out a new product. all they asked for is pictures of the broken button which i send them. then they sent me the new one. they didn't even charge me shipping which is great. i am very satisfied with their customer service. unfortunately this product is just altogether not good. i used the new one and it works great and everything. unfortunately sometimes it just chooses not to charge my phone. which is weird.so when you long press the back button for five seconds that means it is being turned on and your phone should begin to charge right? well there have been instances where i long press that back button for five seconds and i see the four little lights on the back of the phone case light up. which means that your phone is now beginning to charge. i check my phone and it is reporting that it is not connected to power. so i try to long press the back button again and in two seconds those four little lights at the bottom of the phone case turn off, which means you have turned off the charging part of the phone case. so then i try to long press them again and sure enough in five seconds the four little lights turn on. okay so then my phone is now being charged right? nope. still not showing that it is charging. i repeat this process many times, only to find out that i am turning on and off the phone case. my phone is not being charged at all. so i take my phone out of the case and reinsert it into the case. that fixes the problem. but a week later the same problem happens. so i fix it the same way i did the first time. i take out the phone from the case and reinsert it and the problem is solved. this is the third week this problem happens. i am not going to be removing and inserting my phone every time this case decides it's not going to work. that is not a practical and working product. plus you aren't supposed to be removing your phone from the case regularly because the lightning port on the phone case is very sensitive and other customers have reported the lightning port breaking because they remove the phone improperly. this product has a great price and great customer service, but the product itself is not user friendly. spend an extra ten or twenty dollars and get yourself something of better quality. again to the seller, i am sorry. your employees have great customer service, your warranty is good, but the product needs improvement.

Despite the tacky company name, this product has been a reliable and well made product. This product was ordered a s replacement for a previous version of this battery case that lasted 2 years---yes, 2 years! For this type of consumer electronic I think most would consider that to be well worth the cost.Something unexpected that came along with the battery case was a spare lighting cable and a glass screen protector. It would have been enough just to provide a quality product that actually has decent performance longevity but they exceed my expectations by suppling these unexpected additional items that added even more value to an already great purchase.

Basically this is a cheap and easy alternative to replacing the internal battery. At 5000mAh (if that is truly accurate, not sure how to tell), this extends the factory 1950mAh internal battery (something like that, depending on your model) by almost 3 times.First thoughts: Just got this an hour ago. Easy install, solid connections inside and out. Cord charges battery, battery charges phone. It seems sometimes the phone does not always charge when plugged in, which is odd and disappointing; or even if it starts charging the phone, the charge symbol will disappear. I don't know if the case is deciding not to charge the phone or what is going on? Will have to keep an eye on it.Case charges quickly, slight heat generated but no different from typical charging.I do not have a wireless charger so can't test that.Came with a charging cord and a new screen protector, which was a nice surprise (maybe I didn't read thoroughly). Instructions say not to use an after market cord, so that's funny...Update: after nearly a month, including a long trip, I have no complaints. The case is no larger than my previous case and only slightly heavier. It and the phone charge great when needed (by cord) no issues with any particular cord. Use it to charge my phone practically every day, because the phone itself is only at 65% capacity. So much easier than being tethered to a cord half the day or draining to 0% at the wrong moment. I can charge both at night, and spend my day worry-free.Update #2. After several months of use, I started having trouble getting the item to charge. It was beyond the return date but still within the warranty date, so I contacted customer service and they replace the item with a new one! Works great and I couldn't be happier. (It did take a bit longer to arrive than your standard Amazon package, but that's fine.)I have found that sometimes, if it's really low or dead, it may not want to charge; lights flash but no progress.
