It's a stand with holes for small balls
It's actually great. I just didn't realize there was no mechanized parts to it when I bought it. I also didn't realize the balls were so small (I thought they were regular tennis balls). Soo, it definitely works good, is really fun, but it's not gonna throw the ball far at all, as the ball just rolls out the bottom in different directions. So it's not gonna roll the ball very far especially if it's on uneven or rough terrain.Honestly there is NOTHING wrong at all with the toy, I just think I need one that is mechanized and takes regular sized tennis balls. Literally, my own fault for not paying attention. It would be best suited for small dogs, like poodles, terriers etc. It's not enough for my Sheltie and doodle. We just need something bigger and more intense. I am afraid they will get the ball stuck in their throat, too. (Because they are mini tennis balls).

Balls were dangerously small
First off, it was missing one ball. It only came with 2. My main reason for returning it was the size of the balls. They were very small, to the point of being a choking hazard. We have Boston Terriers, which are medium sized dogs but these balls were too tiny for me to let them play with unattended. If the balls were bigger, this would be a great toy. My dogs love the small Chuckit! Balls, which are 2" big, and it would be great if they could be used in this toy. They're hard rubber and heavier and would probably roll further than the light tiny tennis balls it came with. My dogs were very interested in this, but sadly it just wasnt safe enough for me to keep it for them. Bummer!

Fun times
It's a decent concept. You put the ball in the hole in the top and it will randomly come out of one of 3 holes in the bottom. Think mini golf lol. It has no electronics or moving parts, which makes the price a little high. I'd be happier with $25ish for this all plastic thing. My dog is 11lbs, she likes the Kong mini tennis balls, which also work well with this toy.

Cool, but pricey
Okay so I bought this for my 6 lb Chihuahua and my 25 lb rat terrier. Neither of them grasp the concept of dropping the ball in the top, even with training so far but are extremely entertained when the balls come randomly flying out. It's also fun to stack them neatly on the top and watch my dog gingerly try to remove every single ball without letting it drop into the hole and he is very successful at doing so, so I guess whatever way they play with it right! It looks durable it's made really well. It's a lot larger than I thought it was but I guess it has to be since it isn't a ball launcher it just diverts the ball out the bottom in a different direction with enough velocity that the dog has to go running on my carpet to get the ball. My dogs don't chew on it so I don't know what the chewability would be if you had a dog that bites too hard and it doesn't squeak either or make any sounds. The only real negative I have about it is it's a tad bit expensive for what it is. It's a fancy ball slide and it's random which way it comes out. It's not motorized it's just molded plastic. But I'd buy it again cuz they like it!

Power-free ball chute
It is a simple chute design that has 3 internal compartments when placing a ball into the hole in the top. It doesn't release them quickly, which seems to be good for puppies, so it helps with cognitive stimulation and does seem to help entertain my girl at least this first day.The card states that "What's in the box" says it comes with 3 balls, but mine only had one inside the bottom storage area, and I could not locate it after 5 minutes of use.It is now under my coffee table.Pending it's one ball retrieval, it might get used a second time.

Good product, my dog is just stubborn
The product works exactly as it's designed. However, please make sure you have a dog that will actually use it as designed lolMy dog, all 6 lbs of him, managed to destroy all 3 balls that came with it within 3 days. I, however, suspected he would do that, so I bought extra balls for it right away. He has yet to put the ball into the device so it will roll out for him, but he KNOWS it goes in there. When he wants the ball, he'll walk up to the device and stick his nose into the top part of it, looking for the ball. He just REFUSES to put the ball inside it. Stubborn, stubborn, STUBBORN dog!SO, right now, it's just a toy that sits on my floor, unused unless I put the ball in, which he loves...but as far as getting my dog to self-entertain? Not so much yet. I'm sure he's equally frustrated that he's having such a hard time training his human!

CHOKING HAZARD!
Loved the idea of this toy. My 9 pound Papillon is constantly bringing me the ball or trying to place it on something to see what it does. This toy sounded perfect. The balls are SO small! He immediately got one from the hole, grabbed it and ran so excited, and then started a choking sounding breath! I rounded them up and immediately put it all back in the box to return. I would absolutely try to buy it again if the balls were larger, but not as big as a full sized tennis ball.
