Overall it is a good costume coat. Luckily I ordered one size larger!!Material is slightly thin so don't put it on or take it off too carelessly but would recommend it for the price and the look it achieves.

Sadly the coat which looks the part, does not reflect the sizes shared on the chart. We ordered XL for a man who is L. It was still way too small

You wont’ be able to wash it properly because it’s basically felt, but it’s great value for the money.

I ordered the biggest jacket and it would only fit a teenager or a very small thin adult I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve and I'm not by any means really fat.

Not awful but a lot cheaper looking than the picture, would be good for pantomime ott sytle costumes but not great if you are wanting a more realistic looking pirate costume.
