Relora 375 mg, 180 Veggie Capsules - Doctor Recommended - Supports Appetite Suppression, Weight Management, Stress Relief & More

I recently purchased this product based on the positive reviews I saw on the aspects of anxiety relief and possible weight loss. I personally have taken anxiety medications in the past, however I am not currently on any, and haven't been for some time, so I feel I have a good basis to determine if this supplement is similar/different than the effects from anxiety medications. I have been faithfully taking it for several days now, and find the calming effects to be more apparent at a dose of two caplets vs. one. However, this also made me very tired, so I have decided to go with 1 caplet, 3 times a day, as recommended on the bottle. At this dose, I feel a slight overall calm. I don't typically have an issue with overeating, so I can't say it has decreased my appetite at all, however it is still a relatively new supplement for me. I will continue to take the rest of the bottle to see what weight loss effects it may provide.

Already finished one jar so I can feel that it works. It makes me calm and I sleep much better. I am very energetic now as I get good rest. Cannot see any connection to weight loss or appetite. I take 2 pills (noon and evening).

I had to take this for a while before I felt the effects. It makes me happier and more motivated.

Seems to work as well as my favorite that was discontinued by Puritan Pride. I will order again.

So far (about a week) this is helping me lower high cortisol (at night) than the Holy Basil recommended by many. I am sleeping better. And the bonus - this does not taste nasty like the Holy Basil.9/13 update - wow that is all I can say - this is working wonderfully. My sleep is also of better quality. I am extremely happy with this product.
