I got the 5/6 and my daughter usually wears a 4t. She has room to grow but it isn't huge on her. She loves it!

Had to order more. My 5yr old wears these to her tumbling and dance classes. We oder the 6/7. She's not a chunky kid so i recommend to order up if you're in questioning between sizes. These are awesomely priced.
