I have had an American one before for 6 years and it stopped working. I started looking for another and this one was the cheapest I found and is exactly the same kind I had before. BUT… THIS DOES COME WITH AN EUROPEAN OUTLET. Luckily I kept my last cord that fits our electrical plugs and it works great.If you want it this cheaper model which is the very same model I had before, you can can buy an European Plug that change our plugs from English to American outlets. I have traveled to Europe a lot so it’s a necessary thing to buy and you can get one of these kits.But this is the same model as the other one’s that cost 500$ plus and compared with this one that cost me 300 $. It is really the same company it just comes from England with a different cords. Mine works great and it does the same thing for me. I can take a bath again and I’m happy with that price.
