Electric Ear Wax Removal Kit with Ear Drops by Tilcare

FANTASTIC PRODUCT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I purchased this about a month ago. I was surprised that the kit comes with all the stuff I needed. At first, when I opened the product, I thought it will be complicated but it is not at all - very simple to use it. Just follow the instructions and you'll get the best results ever. I flashed my ears few months ago manually once due to clog ear wax and I felt didn't get all the wax out. So, I decided to get another helpful kit to get all the dried/wet wax out of my ears instead of using Q-tips which is by the way bad to use. But Boy, when I used Tilcare, it gave me 101% satisfaction. When I used the earwax drops, I can really feel that is actually working already. Waiting for 10-15mins and then flashed it with the small electric machine suction. The wax I was expecting was floating out from my ears. I can finally hear clearly more now. I and my Hubby used it and works perfectly. My teenagers can't wait to use the product as well. I am a starter youtuber and I making a video product review soon. Once completed, I am happy to share with you all how i used it and our additional comments about the product itself.

It looked like this was previously used. There was water in the bottom portion of it when I opened the box. The top piece broke off. I dont even think all of the right pieces are with it because it looks like everything was thrown in the box. There are pieces in the box that are not included in the directions. Very disappointed. Would like my money back. I cant give an honest rating because it broke the first day.

While the product arrived in a timely manner and so far works as described, I didn't receive the ear wax softener as advertised.

I like it because i tended to use qtips that pushed the wax further up and this really cleans my ears

It takes some getting accustomed to, but if you follow the instructions, including timing, the results are amazing.

The blue cup was already broken off in the box by the time it arrived. I managed to epoxy it back on but still.

The idea behind this product is great but the quality is lousy. The ear cup would constantly fall off with the slightest pressure. And, yes, I had it hooked properly. Then the plastic tubing that flushes thru the ear component broke off at the cup. Need I say more??? Unfortunately, my return window expired a few days ago. I got the thing the end of August and used it two times. Waste of money.

Well if u want to take a shower this is the product. Its definitely not worth the price and the tube where the water comes out keep falling out , I have to hold it down . Also the water drain so fast so you have to refill it every 20 seconds. It's so not worth the money.
