I believe they are non-shunted, I use them they took two different wires and worked

Will this hold and wire a standard T5 HO 48" bulb

it should, T5 HO are a bit longer than 48" These worked with my T5 HO high bay lights

Are these sockets UL listed?

I can't say for sure. BUT I will say this. I've had them in my shop fixtures for over 3 years. I've never had a problem with them.
