Dear Customer, Thanks for contacting us for question about the Mounting Dream TV wall mount. We do understand your case and glad to help. The 3/16" thread is only suitable for drywall, so 3/16" thread cannot be used with MD5751 concrete wall anchor. Please noted that anchors are perfect for solid concrete wall installation, but not for wood stud or other metal studs/drywall installation.
