Q: Will this work on a 2011 chevy traverse LT with an isimple isgm751. I'm adding both of these to my factory radio that doesn't have bluetooth?

Good morning, This item is universal. However, it is rated for marine and powersport vehicles.

Q: How do you put the device into pairing mode after it's been paired with a source device, to change sources (to a different phone, for example)?

It goes on pair mode after every power up. Just make sure you unpair Bluetooth from previous device before trying to pair with a new one.

This unit would connect via Bluetooth to a smartphone or device, and then connect to the RCA input of a radio or directly to an amplifier. It does not have a 3.5mm jack connection
