Q: Will this work on a Roamio???

This remote is compatible with all TiVo Roamio DVRs, but in IR (infrared) mode only. It also doesn't have the "Find my remote" functionality.

Q: Does this remote work with the Premiere XL?

Yes, this remote is fully-compatible with a TiVo Premiere XL, but unlike the original remote that came with that TiVo, this one is not backlit (does not light in the dark) and it cannot learn remote commands from another remote.

Q: Is it compatible with the HD XL model?

Yes, it is. I bought it to use with the Tivo HD model, which is the same as the HD XL but with a smaller capacity hard drive. All of the peanut-shaped remotes are supposed to be backwards compatible.

Q: Is this remote Bluetooth compatible for tivo stream?

No - this does NOT work with the TiVo Stream 4K.
