The new wild heat is nothing like this one. I am not sure why they suddenly stopped producing these, and I just simply want them back!

My uncle likes spicy jerky. He buys a different hrand, but I felt it was too expensive. I found this and thought he might like it for Christmas. He loved it. He wasn't expecting how spicy it was, much more than his old jerky. If you like spicy jerky this is a good buy, just brace yourself. This is the hottest I've found that doesn't say something like Ghost Pepper on the package

So I enjoy meatsnacks a great deal. Despite the ridiculous prices, and the ridiculous salt content. I can't help it. It's damn delicious. I was more of a slim jims guy, but seeing as their prices have gone through the roof when they are even available I've been trying more jacks links products. So should you get this one? First think you should know is that the heat is real. Now I like hot and spicy, I like it a lot, I think it tastes better than less spicy and the burn doesnt really bother me much. I've even had carolina reaper buffalo wings and I thought they tasted great. But no matter how much you may like the taste, or how much tolerance you may have for the heat, this is not the case with your insides. If you eat more than 2 or 3 of these Wild Heats at a time you are really gonna feel it making it's way through your digestive track.

I love spicy food, but a big problem for me is the false advertising a lot of brands will do. A lot of food/snacks will say it's out-of-this-world spicy and will burn your clothes off, but it's always on the same spice level as Taco Bell mild sauce.Well, that is not the case here!I was pleasantly surprised by how spicy these sticks are. They are delicious, they are fresh, they are individually wrapped so you won't need to worry about losing freshness when you open the package, they are cheap, and they ship in a day (if you have Prime). These are worth every cent if you like food that is actually spicy.It made a fan out of me and I will continue buying these.

These are tasty but definetly not spicy. Just know that the photo is exactly what you get. Someone dropped 20 beef sticks in a cardboard box and threw a shipping label on it. If all you want is to throw a bunch of beef sticks into a drawer or glove compartment, etc this is perfect. For anyone looking to store 20 beef sticks anywhere other than a UPS shipping box this may not be the highest quality packaging.

It is a bit oily and spicy for me to eat more than 1 at one sitting. It is a good snack to eat here and there.I don't really notice a difference between this vs. spicy slim jims except that this is a bit more spicier.(I like both brands - of course, not the healthiest)

I was craving spicy beef sticks, but they sell them very rarely at my local grocery, and these are pretty okay for the price. I ate a few per sitting at times. They feel a little hard, but biting into them is soft, texture isn't stringy or as chewy as I'd like. Has a decent amount of spice, it's been awhile since I finished these, maybe a level 4-6 on a scale of 10, depending on the person, it didn't make me reach for water.
