One product that I've used for over 40 years is a mucus solvent called Alkalol, mixed half-and-half with warm water and squirted up your nose to clean out your sinuses. It works like an absolute charm! I had a bulb syringe that lasted me about 25 years. It finally fell apart, so I had to find a replacement. This item may be designed to be used on the other end, but it works perfectly as a nasal syringe, and it's very easily cleaned. It's also a bit heavier duty than the bulb syringe I had before, so I expect to get many years' usage out of it.

My dog was backed up even after taking him to the vets. So days after I gave him a warm water enema. It worked great. As good of results as I could of hoped!

the thing worked.. for the most part. the long hose didnt work for me and it looks like its missing a piece on the end. I figured if i attached one of the other pieces on the end it might work but no. the long hose is what i was really looking forward to and i was let down. otherwise the thing works pretty well. it is a little low quality and i think there are better products that you could get your money's worth. But if you need something quickly then this works.

the ease of use is good Vs. a disposable . it really needs a Backflow check valve , other wise a mess is inevitable .
