I struggle with vit B12 absorption from food. If i don’t take supplements, i get terrible headaches, muscle cramps, fatigue. Bought these, as they are very reasonably priced, and must say, it worked like magic after the first spry. My husband started to use it, I’m recommending it to all my friends and definitely will buy it again. Great flavour by the way! 5 stars!

Small little spray on your tongue on it tastes yummy like Oranges. I'm a vegan so I was worried about how many vitamins I was actually getting and even nutrients so when I saw this our entire family decided to use it. So affordable, and we always want a second spray but of course resist! Can't get over how effective it is as we jave felt we have a lot more energy since taking it and we're happy knowing we have the right amount of vitamins. It absorbes instantly and we don't need to worry again, I highly recommend this for all families.

Take that off, and give one quick spray of it into the side of your mouth. Once a day.There is a reasonably orange feeling to this once done. It takes a little while to seep in, and the orange taste goes and becomes more spray taste as that happens. But then it's as if you never did anything, as you won't feel a thing.So it did feel alright. Long term use is obviously required to see benefits. But it claims to have two hundred and thirty days worth of spray in there. Which seems about right, given how much I sprayed even though it's a small bottle. So that's not bad on the value for money front.Nothing to lose by giving this a go.

This vitamin D3 spray is easy to use and doesn't taste too bad. It has that diet orange taste which I'm okay with. It's easy to get one squirt in the mouth and convenient too. Each squirt has 1000iu of D3 which is probably the minimum to take for people in the UK during the winter months.Currently priced at £9.99, that works out at just over four pence per dose. Not too bad considering the convenience.

This is a really nice tasting spray which is easy to use. My kids love the taste and to be honest it is a perfect way to give vitamins for them.Highly recommended for a good price.

I like the idea for not taking a large vitamins, just a quick spray and i get my daily vitD intake.However, i do not like the taste of it. Meant to be orange flavour, but tastes really bitter and leaves not very nice aftertaste.Good value for money though.

The flavour is great and absorbency is fast . Overall is a great product.
