the dish is not attached securely to the base and fall off and breaks
The soap dish fits into a plastic base simply by pressure. The first one I had fell off and broke; I replaced it and used epoxy to secure it, but it still fell off and broke

Horrible design/ you can tighten all you want but it's still lose
Connecting hardware and the design is horrible. Won't ever be able to get it tight and secure. Mounting hardware is flimsy. Save your money and get something that a quality product.

The piece (bracket) that is used inside rusted and it dripped down my brand new white tile. Had to remove the dish and discard
