El pruducto es muy caro viendo que son 4 coreas no estira mucho la fascia noñi el gemelo. No lo recomendaria. Buscaria otro producto para este tipo de dolencias

Das Ding hilft überhaupt nicht. Rausgeschmissenes Geld. Keinerlei Wirkung... weder positiv noch negativ. Den Kauf kann man sich sparen. Echt.

I was looking for a night splint that was small, adjustable, and didn't squish my toes. This is it, and you can't beat the price compared to the other $80 devices out there. I have suffered from Planter Fasciitis problems for years. Night splints really do work. Look at reviews for all the products out there and you will find problems with all of them. Some of the problems for this product: Leg band too small to go around leg - yes, the band at the top of your calf is pretty small. A piece of velcro should bridge the gap Leg band slips down - you are supposed to position it between your knee and calf muscle. It should be too tight to slip past the calf. Band cuts into leg - I could see that happening if your leg is bent. You should keep it straight, that way your achilles tendon is stretched as well (very important) Uncomfortable - Lets face it, it difficult to sleep with something constraining your foot. A gentle stretch is all you need all night. Be conservative and start slow. I could see someone's foot slipping out of the foot band if they move around alot in their sleep. I didn't use the day support as I can't stand pressure on the top of my foot. I HAVE to have arch supports in my shoe. Birkenstock inserts are my choice.

Hat mir nichts gebracht als noch mehr Schmerzen. War nicht hilfreich gegen die Plantarfasciitis. An der Wade kratzt es und ist sehr eng.
