Zler Narrow Folding Walker for Seniors with Trigger Release and 5 Inches Wheels, Lightweight Supports up to 300 lb

Purchased this as we needed a walker that could comfortably fit through narrow doorways. Assembly and width adjustment using the upper front bar were a breeze. The post that holds the wheels has holes on two sides, so we were able to install the wheels on the inside of the walker and bring the width down even further to 19.5"--this did not impact mobility. This walker looks nice, is lightweight and relatively sturdy given the fact that it has wheels on the front. To facilitate smooth moving we also added walker skis to the back legs (these were purchased separately).

While the description shows the width varies at the handlebars, the entire walker can be made narrower or wider by adjusting the main cross bar. This was helpful to fit through doorways. However, a single cross bar makes the walker less rigid. Also, the wheels are a very hard plastic, not rubber like a car tire, and tend to skid. We replaced them with wheels from another walker. So overall, not the best walker, but this walker can fit through narrow doorways, which is the reason we like this walker.

With wheels to the inside this walker is narrow enough to go through my bathroom doorway. With wheels to the outside it will go through at a slight angle. It is lightweight, folds easily and gives me enough support to move safely. It probably would not be sturdy enough for anyone who is totally dependent on a walker.For my situation I am very pleased with this purchase.

Light weight shrinks different size door openings I recommend the skis. I changed my reviews because My husband said he likes it. And that’s what matters I recommend the skis for it because you don’t wanna put too much weight on one side because the leg acts like it wants to bend. my husband, 5’9.” 220 it has been put to the test for a week still holding been used on ruff cement the wheels are holding up

This walker was perfect size but was DEFECTIVE. Left side longer than right so left wheel touched ground but right did not. Whole devise wobbled. Right wheel also turned inward. This is a medical devise and safety is crucial. Seller at first wanted to just send new part, but I requested return. At first they wanted ME to pay for this heavy item to be returned. They finally sent a pre-paid label, I sent back, but they failed to credit my account. I had to file claim with Amazon to get refund. Do not order this or use this Seller.

A walker with adjustable width meets a need for those of us who have narrow door spaces to navigate. The materials are solid and the walker is light and easily collapsible and portable. The trigger release is especially valuable to anyone who has issues with hand strength. My only regret, and it is a difference maker for me, is that without a second adjustable crossbar the walker lacks the solid feel that prompts trust. A second crossbar would make a world of difference. As is, I can't recommend the Zler Narrow Folding Walker to anyone who is somewhat unsteady on his/her feet.

Can highly recommend this walker for those who need such devices. It is smaller than most and my wife has no problems with it use. Very sturdy and easy to break down.
