Strong clips but if you have long hair, and I assume if anyone ordering these does, it’s not a great product. The design causes your hair to get caught and tangles up in it every time you attempt to remove the clip and let your hair down. I would not recommend these!

I haven't had these for very long. I will say I love the colors and that they are matte. It adds a little bit of modern in with a style that has been brought back! With that being said, I have been using a large claw clip that I have had since at least the early 2000s. Leaning my head back with those older style ones verses these ones is a world of difference. They are so comfortable and they hold my hair type very well (my hair is fine and loves to stay straight). the way that the claw part is fits perfectly against my head and when I try to rest my head against something, it doesn't poke my head! I feel like this is such a simple thing but, hey, it's important to me.

I like this style of hair clips and they do actually hold my super thick hair - I had found some by a different maker in person (maxxinista, hint hint) - so I checked amazon for different colors other than the hot pink I'd bought in person.This clearly looked to be a set of black and 3 metallics shades (silver, light gold, rose gold), and looked to be a satin finish. They are not. :(The finish is very, very matte to the point where they look low quality. The colors are: dull black, pale blue gray, pale fleshy pink, and straw.Really disappointing and have already scheduled the return.

I was a little upset that they did not hold up my hair or not even clipped my entire hair. Overall the sturdiness of it has been good and no issues with it, like having my hair tangled in between the clamp. Nice, cool, warm colors. Just wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has thick heavy hair. Or in general anyone who has a lot of hair because the clamp won’t sustain all of it.

This image is of my hair on the first try no mirror (I have medium thick hair (not thin or super thick)! So easy and cute to style. Love that it isn’t as bulky as other clips. Wouldn’t say it seems super strong but certainly stays in place and is worth what you pay.I’d recommend 😍

Good price for 4 claw clips. Also, it is an excellent palette of neutrals. I docked a star due to the fact that the matte finish (which is on all except the tortoise shell one) is coming off on the tips of the claw part and there are inconsistencies or some sort of paint drips. Regardless, I know I will get a lot of use out of these!

These clips hold my hair better than any claw clip I've used. I could run a marathon in them. I've also had them for a couple weeks now and haven't broken a single one, which says a lot, since I tend to very easily break off the teeth - so far these seem sturdier than the average.
