I’m taking this nearly a week and already feeling more calm without drowsiness. If you struggling give it a try. Ashwagandha is not working for everyone but cause this tablets have mix of natural, calming herbs I highly recommended.

Low doses & added b vitamins which cause me to breakout, honestly prefer to buy the ingredients individually so I can see the sources! Otherwise did help my anxiety but it’s mainly the l theanine!
