Bought by accident but glad I did
I saw fine and assumed it was 00 so surprise it isn't. I was making lots of pasta for the holiday so I had to use it and did a 50/50 mix with the 00 that I had which was not enough for the amount I was making. Well I think the pasta was the best I ever made. I made fettuccini and ravioli and both were better to taste and the dough had the properties that made it easy to use in the form and I had not punctures like in the past and I have been making them for holidays for many years. Not saying I am an expert but dough made with this and 00 were the easiest to work with and came out with the perfect texture when cooked. Plus gave that nice yellow color that I have seen is what you want to see. I have used other semolina in the past but it was not a fine ground and well the results were great. You decide but I will be buying more for upcoming holidays.

Very nice texture
I used this to make pizza dough. Turned out great. It's not sticky like all purpose flour where you have to keep adding more and then it ends up too dry. I also plan on making pasta.

Just made the best loaf of Italian Bread ever with this flour! Chewy crust, beautiful texture inside, moist yet not gummy, crispy yet chewy outside. Perfection! I'll never make Italian Bread with any other flour. Just outstanding!
