Q: Is the inside of the bag insulated for the the water bladder to keep cool?

No it isn't but you can buy extra cooler tube bag to keep the bladder cool

Q: Will the front pocket fit my plus size iPhone?

We at Nathan do not feel this vest accommodates the plus size iPhone.

Q: Does this vest have a way to attach a race bib?

Q: What is the size of the back zippered area? Not the one for the bladder. Will a larger cell phone fit into it?

The Front Pocket is designed to hold a smartphone, but does not have a zipper, the back zipper pocket (not the bladder pocket) is also large enough to hold a smartphone as well.
