Bad Policy for a WORLD CLASS PRODUCT
The pump was damaged after 10 months of usage. The product was given for service and it was told the pump damaged due to water entering in to the casing. Though the pump has 1 year of warranty, the service engineer rejected to replace the product saying the damage will not cover as per company policy. Very bad for a manufacturer saying WORLD CLASS PRODUCT and very disgraceful.
