Parafilm Nursery Grafting Tape (NOT BOX) - 1 Roll (1'wide X 1080'long)

I have used Parafilm M in the lab before, and I love it. It’s very versatile, and from a purely aesthetic tactile perspective, I find it extremely pleasurable to work with. Since Parafilm M is so expensive, I figured I’d try some of this stuff. I find the Parafilm grafting tape is stiffer, less stretchy, less adhesive, and breaks more easily than Parafilm M. I don’t like it nearly as much, but I think it will still be useful for some things. Props to the seller for giving me a way to try this without buying a whole box.

I purchased this as an alternative to lab film, which is about $40 per roll. It's thicker than any lab film I've ever seen, but works great for my intended purpose.

I think this is some knockoff brand. Parafilm that I've used in the lab has a HUGE amount of stretch before it snaps. This stuff... not so much. Still works okay for keeping things sealed, it's just more of a hassle to put on.

Great product......both the 1/2 " and the 1" widths. I use both for various applications. For grafting, I prefer the 1/2" width and for my cuttings, I like the 1" width. They can be interchanged with no problem.
