Very helping for those have plaque prblem, quality is excelent for removal food residue, can use multiple times a day, its very easy and convenient, battery backup is great.

The good thing is the price and it functions well enough. But here are the issues: first, description says "detachable water tank". That appears to be incorrect; at least I could not see any way to detach it neither does the product manual describe this. Second, the device comes with three flexible nozzle extensions (in silicone?). But the tip can't be secured - just comes off with the water pressure! Without the tip, the water jet is not as good as I have used on other flossers. Third, the charging port has a rubber plug which can fall out when using or cleaning the flosser. Not a great product.Update on 02/07/2021: The flosser stopped functioning with barely a month of service. Hence rating is downgraded to one star. Seller was good enough to refund the full amount - that's the only saving grace.

I have been using for last couple of days and it has been stood beyond my expectations. Overall build quality is fine.

The media could not be loaded. Its a great product and lifelong service is also great ! mine's nozzle detached and it was working a bit slow, claimed my warranty and hot a new one thats great service and product both ! its good.

The force needed to remove plaque is not there. Better do a brush wash followed by gargle. Just dont wish to use the product.

Need to recharge every day . Got a defective product but customer service was good .got my refund in 24 hrs.

Good product in less price comparatively to other brands of these features I flosser.What I found missing is should have two nozzles so that can be used by another family member also
